- Manage and develop the service technician team
- Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure materials and equipment are ordered and distributed for scheduled jobs
- Evaluate staff to determine training requirements. Provide on-the-job training and support to employees
- Monitor preventative maintenance of vehicles to ensure proper operation
- Quarterly bonuses
